2001 |
Founding year for MicroChemicals GmbH as a sales partner for Clariant's
AZ products. The two managing directors Dr Christian
Koch and Dr Titus Rinke open the Ulm site.

2002 |
Introduction of a standardised quality management system and certification according to ISO 9001.

Expansion of the product range to include solvents, acids, bases and etching mixtures with VLSI and ULSI purity levels.

2010 |
Expansion of the product range to include wafers made of silicon, glass and quartz with different specifications.

2012 |
Expansion of the product range to include electrolytes, anode materials and etching mixtures for (micro) electroplating.

2013 |
Completion and relocation to our new company building in Ulm Donautal (approx. 500 m2 Office and laboratory space, approx. 1000 m2 Warehouse). |
2018 | Production start of own MC isopropanol and acetone in ULSI purity. |
