COMPANY HISTORY


2001
Founding year for MicroChemicals GmbH as a sales partner for Clariant's AZ products. The two managing directors Dr Christian Koch and Dr Titus Rinke open the Ulm site.
2002
Introduction of a standardised quality management system and certification according to ISO 9001.

2006

Expansion of the product range to include solvents, acids, bases and etching mixtures with VLSI and ULSI purity levels.
2010
Expansion of the product range to include wafers made of silicon, glass and quartz with different specifications.
2012
Expansion of the product range to include electrolytes, anode materials and etching mixtures for (micro) electroplating.
2013
Completion and relocation to our new company building in Ulm Donautal (approx. 500 m2 Office and laboratory space, approx. 1000 m2 Warehouse).
2018
Production start of own MC isopropanol and acetone in ULSI purity.
2019
Completion of our warehouse and building extension

Our intelligent warehousing in combination with nationally and internationally perfected logistics processes helps us and our customers to minimise delivery times and costs.

Our customers are mainly public and private research organisations as well as small, medium-sized and large production facilities worldwide. Companies and institutes in the field of microstructuring (microelectronics, micromechanics, microoptics, microfluidics) are among our core customers. Our products are supplied exclusively to commercial enterprises, as the majority of these are categorised as hazardous substances.
