We supply nitric acid (69 %) in VLSI-quality, which is the usual purity grades applied in semiconductor processing and micro-electronics. The specifications of our HNO3 are listed in the technical datasheet below.
Typical Fields of Application of Nitric Acid
HNO3 is the oxidizing ingredient of many etching mixtures for e. g. Silver, Copper, Aluminium, Silicon, Germanium and (together with HCl as aqua regia) Gold.

Purchase requirement:
The product is a precursor for explosives and is therefore subject of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on the marketing and use of precursors for explosives.
The delivery of the product requires a verification of the sale (EUD).
