Within our team, we work closely together. Everyone contributes their own streghts, we support eachother and continue to do so even in stressful moments.

I especially enhoy the variety in our daily tasks snd how seamlessly we work together. Thanks to our short communication paths, we can make decisions quickly and offer support without long coordination processes .

Our strong sense of camaraderie and generally positive atmosphere is what makes our team special. We’re a small team; we help each other out and just get along—over the years, some of us have even become friends. 
I love the variety and the fact that it never gets boring—even after being here for many years. Taking on new tasks and finding solutions together keeps me motivated time and time again.

Although I just recently joined the MicroChemicals-Team, I immediately noticed the strong team spirit. This, in combination with the short communication channels, creates a highly productive working environment, that I have rarely experienced before. 
In my daily work, I particularly appreciate the wide range of tasks, which makes every day different. The high level of responsibility, along with the opportunity to contribute and pursue my own ideas, is especially motivating to me.

Our team is particularly known for its high availability and responsiveness: whether by phone or email, we’re almost always available to answer our customers’ questions—and as a medium-sized company, we operate without hierarchical barriers. 
What motivates me most is the opportunity for initiative and the significant freedom to act. Combined with flexible work hours, this creates the space I need to do my job to the best of my ability. 
My hope is that we will work together even more effectively in the future so that we can handle even complex customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
