1. Feedback on our new website with an integrated online shop

Over the past years, we worked intensely on redesigning our website. Our goal was not only to create a cleaner, more modern look, but to also increase the accessibility of technical information on our products and processes.

A key focus was the introduction of an online shop, intended to streamline the ordering process, make product selection more intuitive, and ease the identification of suitable products.

The following questions allow us to asses whether we achieved our goals – and to identify potential for improvement.

Apart from providing technical information – be it on our website, within the notes of application or our book on photolithography – we value especially one thing: the personal contact with you.

Our technical team is dedicated to helping you. Whether you need support with product inquiries, process optimization or specific challenges of the daily work – we want to find solutions together with you.

In order to improve our service even more, we are interested in your opinion on the following aspects: :
