Terms and Conditions
Participation in the draw is completely free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility to Participate
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in Germany. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if justified reasons exist, for example
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the giveaway, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct, or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the giveaway.
3. Participation
Participation is completed by fully filling out the survey and providing a valid email address, as well as name and company affiliation, by 31/07/2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
If the provided contact details are incorrect (e.g., invalid email address), the organizer is not obliged to search for the correct address. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact information shall be borne by the participant.
4. Prize
The following will be raffled among all participants:
Five gourmet packages from “Sell g’machts,” each worth €25
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
Any shipping costs for the prizes will be covered by the organizer. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw after the closing date and notified via email within 14 days. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize claim will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.
6. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the raffle will be used exclusively for the execution and handling of the raffle. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The data will be deleted no later than 30 days after completion of the raffle, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Termination of the Raffle
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, particularly in the event of technical problems or manipulation.
8. Liability and Legal Recourse
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or other issues arising during participation in the raffle, unless such damages were caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the organizer (its bodies, employees, or agents).
The above limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, body, or health, nor in cases of fraudulent concealment of defects. The raffle is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
